PRECISION GENETICS PLATFORM

Rewriting Crop Genetics for a Sustainable Future

Vitacrop Technologies compounds three asset classes — proprietary genetic assets, enabling technology platforms, and an integrated development pipeline — pairing AI/ML-guided discovery with field-proven editing, tissue culture, and breeding to deliver superior, non-GMO crop genetics.

Company Overview

Three asset classes, one integrated platform.

Vitacrop Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is an agri-biotech company building a compounding base of proprietary assets for crop improvement: genetic assets — validated targets, variant alleles, and elite germplasm; technology assets — reusable platforms for delivery, editing, and regeneration; and proprietary development technology — the end-to-end pipeline that converts a genomic hypothesis into a field-ready plant.

The platform integrates target discovery and predictive trait design with advanced genetic and breeding approaches to accelerate crop improvement while reducing development timelines and costs. Each crop expands the underlying genetic and trait asset base, while every evaluation cycle generates data that continuously strengthens discovery, improves prediction, and compounds the value of the platform.

The Vision

To become an asset-rich company in agricultural genetics.

We are building Vitacrop into a company defined by what it owns: a deep portfolio of genetic assets, a stack of proprietary technology assets, and the development technology that turns them into products. Today that pipeline runs on established genomics, random mutagenesis, CRISPR-based editing, tissue culture, and breeding. As our data compounds, AI/ML moves from advisory to core — predicting targets, designing genetic variations, and prioritising crosses — without ever removing the proven wet-lab and field work that de-risks every result.

Genetic Assets

A growing, owned library of validated genetic targets, allelic variants, and elite germplasm — each one proven in-planta and re-usable across crops, geographies, and partners.

Technology Assets

Proprietary platforms for reagent delivery, precision editing, and high-efficiency regeneration — plus curated genomic and phenotypic datasets that train the models. Built once, compounding with every crop added.

Proprietary Development Technology

An integrated, data-rich pipeline — increasingly AI/ML-guided — that moves a target from hypothesis to field-ready plant faster and cheaper than conventional breeding, and gets sharper every cycle.

The Development Technology

From genomic hypothesis to field-ready plant

A four-stage pipeline takes each trait from data to a regenerated, validated crop. Every stage combines computational prediction with established wet-lab and field practice — and every result flows back as training data.

01

Target Discovery

A models trained on genomic, biological, and phenotypic data nominate and rank genetic targets; expert curation and prior evidence confirm each one before it advances. Validated targets become owned genetic assets.

02
Precision editing

Precision Editing

Model-designed guides direct intracellular delivery of CRISPR-Cas reagents to the discovered loci — proven chemistry, targeted edits, and no foreign DNA left in the cell after editing.

03

Tissue Culture & Regeneration

A robust, high-efficiency transformation and regeneration platform delivers fertile, edited plantlets ready for the greenhouse — the hard-won lab capability that makes the rest scalable.

Field Validation

Multi-location trials confirm trait performance under real agronomic and climate conditions — and the phenotype data returns to the models, so every cycle makes the platform sharper.

CROP DEVELOPMENT PIPELINE

A pipeline of licensable traits

We apply one platform across staple and cash crops representing large, defensible markets — food security and farmer profitability on one side, a portfolio of proprietary, licensable trait assets on the other.
